The Family Star is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language romantic action drama film with 5.1 iMDb and a 4.3/5 audience rating. The movie is directed by Parasuram and produced by Dil Raju. The movie stars Vijay Deverakonda as Govardhan, Mrunal Thakur as Indu, and Jagapathi Babu as Indu’s father and head of the Indu Infra Company.
Story of The Family Star Movie
The movie starts with Indu’s marriage, where she is sad. One lady asks about her sadness, so she tells her story about when she was writing a book on middle-class families, so she shifts to Goverdhan’s house to learn about his family in detail. Governor is a middle-class, unmarried boy who loves his family members, and he runs his full house without the help of his two older, jobless brothers.
Due to his large expenditures and the fact that his whole family depends on him, Goverdhan saves money in every way. So, Goverdhan’s mother gives Indu a room for rent. Goverdhan meets Indu, but she doesn’t say anything about his book, as Indu is looking good and she cares about his family. Both Indu and Goverdhan start loving each other, but when he learns the truth about his book, he leaves her and takes a job at a big company. He asks the company for money in advance and buys what is unavailable in Goverdhan’s life, according to a book written by Indu, and shows everything to Indu.
Later, when he joined the company, Indu was the daughter of the chairman as well as the CEO of the company, so he wanted to escape from the company, but he could not do this. So he went to a foreign company to work with Indu. Firstly, he refused to go with her, but she was the senior and CEO of the company, so he was ready to go with her. There are many disturbances faced by Goverdhan for living and many more in foreign countries. At the end of the project, both became friends, and she was talking to his family after finishing their work.
After the project, they attended a marriage where a lady asked him about Indu’s affairs, but he replied that he was not in love with him, and Indu heard everything as he loved him, so she started ignoring him. When Goverdhan asked why she was ignoring him, she said that she loved him and went from there.
Later, he went to his boss, where the boss knew everything about their affair and said how much she loved you, she also mentioned many more positive works in the book that Goverdhan ignored while reading.
After knowing everything, he tried to call him but was not connected, so Indu’s father said she was in a situation where she had to marry a politician’s son, but Goverdhan solved everything and married Indu.

The story is excellent, and Govardhan is a beautiful character. Family responsibilities, true bonds, blood relations, ethics, and emotions.
