Ruslaan is a 2024 Indian Hindi action and thriller movie with 3.6 iMDb and a 3.6/5 audience rating. The movie is directed by Karan Butani and Karan Lalit Butani and produced by K. K. Radhamohani. The movie stars Aayush Sharma, Sushrii Mishraa, Jagapathi Babu, Vidya Malvade, Zaheer Iqbal, Sangay Tsheltrim, and Beena Banerjee.
Story
The story of the movie revolves around a boy named Ruslaan, who is haunted by his past. Ruslaan is the son of a terrorist. He was adopted by a police officer, whom he used to prove his loyalty to his country.
The movie starts with police attacking a terrorist as they were planning a bomb blast, but they were killed by police, and there was a small boy (Ruslaan) of one terrorist who was adopted by police.
After a few years, Ruslaan joined Raw because he was the son of a terrorist. He faced many problems in his life to prove his loyalty to his country. He got a mission in the college of Mumbai, and he joined as a music teacher to identify the man who used to brainwash students. He found some people who were not from India, but his senior ordered him to do nothing without any confirmation.
Indian police got a visual that a Chinese soldier and ISC were planning to attack India, but there was no evidence or confirmation about the attack.
Ruslaan got the student’s phone during the fight with them. He got all the access to the phone from his friend, who was good at tech. On the phone, he got the coordinates of the Mumbai gas pipeline, so Kasim (the terrorist/Sameer) contacted him and told him about his past, but he didn’t recognize him.
At a music festival in Mumbai, a big American businessman gave an interview about his big investment in India. At that time, Kasim called Ruslaan and said that he was going to kill him. He was trying to save him, but they killed him, and people thought that Ruslaan killed him, so the government announced him as a terrorist.
Rulsaan knows that a businessman was killed by a Chinese businessman because of his investment in Buu, who was planning to attack the Mumbai gas pipeline. Buu wrote that he would mix gas on the Mumbai gas pipeline to attack the whole of Mumbai.
After this, Ruslaan informed his father, and the police came to stay. Terrorists planned to stay, but there was a twist: Rulsaan’s father was Kasim (a terrorist/Sameer) who wanted to attack the school with Ruslaan’s father, but he denied doing so. Kasim killed the Ruslaan family and said they were terrorists. Sameer and Kasim save Rulsaan because his family was killed by the Indian government, so he wants to attack the Indian government when Ruslaan hears that he killed Sameer and Kasim.
Review
The way the film has been shown is boring. Despite the patriotic spirit, viewers will stop watching the movie in the middle. Rulsaan is on a mission to clear his name and serve his country in this action-packed cinematic experience.
Overall, ‘Ruslaan’ focuses mostly on unwanted action and thrills but not much logic.
