Story
The movie begins with a lady living in a wood house alone with her twin children in the center of dense forests. Her mother also tells them that evil is living in the forest; if it touches you, it possesses you and will start doing anything according to him.
To stay protected from evil, his mother ties a long and strong rope to both children and says if the rope stays tied to your body, then the creature won’t affect you. That’s why she makes it compulsory to tie himself with rope. In the forest, they have insufficient food to live, so they eat everything available in the forest that is edible; if they get nothing to eat, then they eat the peel of a tree.
One child believes what his mother said related to evil present in the forest, but another child does believe because he never saw any paranormal activity and his mother sometimes behaves like a mental, so he decided not to follow his mother’s instructions and wanted to explore people living outside the forest.
He decided to free himself from rope, but when he did it, he started watching some paranormal activity that started scaring him, and then their simple life changed into a horror life.
Review
The movie shows a twin boy living with his mother in dense forests. As per the mother’s instructions, both children went outside from the house by tying themselves with a strong rope because his mother says in the forest an evil is living who can possess you.
At the end, one child does not follow her and separates himself from the rope, then evil comes and starts scaring them by showing paranormal activity. Her mother has to take responsibility to save their children from evils.
The acting of both the mother and their children is very good, but it lacks horror scenes that make it a one-time-watch movie.
Overall, Never Let Go is a horror suspense movie where a mother saves her twin son from an evil living in the forest that engaged the audience till the movie ended.
